Platform Quizzes

Platform Quizzes on TechKluster Hire are pre-built, standard assessments designed to evaluate various skills. These assessments come with predefined settings like difficulty levels, number of questions, passing scores, and durations that cannot be customized. They are available for all users, but Free Plan users can only access these standard assessments, with no option for creating custom ones.

To access and use these platform assessments, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard

1. After logging into your TechKluster Hire account, you will see the dashboard.

2. On the left sidebar, find and click on "My Assessments."

Step 2: Access Platform Assessments

1. In the My Assessments section, you will see a sub-option labeled "Platform Assessments." Click on it.

2. This will display all available standard assessments provided by TechKluster Hire.

   You can view the following details for each assessment:

   • Name of the assessment

   • Skill being assessed (e.g., SEO, Machine Learning)

   • Passing Score (typically around 60-70%)

   • Duration of the assessment

   • Difficulty Level (usually intermediate)

   • Number of Questions (ranges between 20 to 30)

Step 3: Using Platform Assessments (Free Plan)

1. If you are a Free Plan user, you can only use the assessments listed under the Platform Assessments section.

2. Choose an assessment by clicking on its name, then follow the instructions to assign it to candidates.

3. You can also view basic stats and results for candidates who have completed the assessments.

Benefits of Platform Assessments

• Predefined Criteria: These assessments are ready to use with no additional setup required.

• Skill Variety: They cover a broad range of technical and non-technical skills.

• Simplicity: Perfect for companies that want a quick, reliable way to evaluate candidates without creating custom tests.

Limitations

• No Customization: Unlike the paid plans, you cannot modify the questions, skills, or other parameters.

• Credits: If you need more assessments or custom features, upgrading to a paid plan is recommended.

Note: These settings cannot be altered, and all details such as the number of questions and passing score are fixed by the platform.
