TechKluster Hire simplifies the job posting process by guiding clients through a series of steps that ensure the right assessments, candidates, and reviews are in place before publishing. Here’s a detailed overview of how to post a job:

1. Basic Details

In this initial step, you’ll fill out the essential information about the job you’re posting.

  • Job Title: Provide the title for the job you are hiring for. For example, "Senior Software Engineer."

  • Description: You can add a detailed job description with formatting options, allowing you to highlight critical responsibilities, required qualifications, or any other necessary information.

  • Job Category & Department: Choose the most appropriate job category and department. E.g., Developer, Senior Engineer, etc.

  • Experience Level: Select the level of experience you require from candidates (e.g., Junior, Mid-Level, Senior).

  • Employment Type: Specify whether it’s full-time, part-time, or contract work.

  • Location & Remote Option: You can enter the job location or mark it as a remote job.

  • Expiry Date & Application Deadline: Set the expiration date for the job post and define the deadline for accepting applications.

  • Publication Options: You can choose whether to publish the job on the TechKluster Job Portal or not. Each job publication may cost a credit, but you can earn credits by publishing on TechKluster.

2. Assessments

To streamline the shortlisting process, you can set up assessments that each candidate must complete.

  • Skill Selection: Choose from a variety of skill areas to assess, such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, etc. TechKluster supports over 50 skills.

  • Assessment Selection: You can either use standard platform-provided assessments or create custom assessments based on your unique requirements, especially if you’re a Professional or Enterprise subscriber.

    • Custom Assessments: Customize the number of questions, assessment duration, passing percentage, and more, to suit the needs of your job.

  • Cost of Assessments: Each skill assessment will deduct a credit from your account. You can choose to upgrade your plan to add more skills or assessments.

By automating this, clients report saving up to 80% of the time they would have spent on manual shortlisting and thousands of dollars in recruitment costs.

3. Invitations

TechKluster Hire also allows you to invite qualified candidates directly from the global talent pool, saving time in sourcing and reviewing applicants.

  • Qualified Candidate Search: You can invite up to 10 candidates who have already passed assessments in the skills you are looking for.

  • Invite Candidates: Once you invite candidates, you’ll be able to track their invitation status. Once a candidate accepts, their full profile and contact details will become visible to you.

  • Invitation Credits: Each candidate invitation requires a credit. Upgrade options are available to invite more candidates for a given job post.

4. Review and Publish

Before publishing the job, review all the information entered in the previous steps.

  • Job Summary: Review job title, description, category, department, and assessments selected for each skill.

  • Invite Summary: Ensure the right candidates are invited, and make any final changes if necessary.

Once everything is confirmed, publish your job, and it will appear on the TechKluster Job Board. TechKluster Hire also provides an apply link that clients can use to promote the job on other platforms or job boards.

By following these steps, you can effectively create and manage job postings, ensuring you attract the best talent with the right skills.
