5 Credits: To post a job on TechKluster, it costs 5 credits per job. This includes making the job visible to the tech talent pool and open for applications.
Assigning Assessment to a Skill:
1 Credit: When you want to assign a predefined assessment to test a candidate on a specific skill, it costs 1 credit per assessment assigned.
Job Invitation for Talent at TechKluster:
1 Credit: Sending a job invitation to a potential candidate from the TechKluster talent pool costs 1 credit.
Adding Custom Assessment:
2 Credits: To create a custom assessment, the platform charges 2 credits. This allows you to craft a specific set of questions tailored to your requirements.
Adding Custom Questions:
1 Credit: When creating a custom assessment, each additional custom question you add will cost 1 credit.
Viewing Talent from the Search Talent Screen:
0.3 Credits (All Plans): All plans users are charged 0.3 credits to view the detailed profile of a talent from the talent search results.
Credit Distribution by Plan
Free Plan: Users on the free plan receive 30 credits per month. These credits can be used for any tasks on the platform, but with limited capabilities.
Professional Plan: Professional plan users receive 100 credits each month, offering more flexibility for hiring and assessments.
Enterprise Plan: Enterprise plan users are allotted 500 credits monthly, providing extensive access to various tasks and interactions on the platform.
Purchasing Additional Credits
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time. The pricing structure is as follows:
