Interview Plans

In TechKluster Hire, clients have the ability to create an Interview Plan for every job they post. This feature allows for the organization and structuring of interviews, making it easier for employers to assess candidates based on their job-specific interview processes. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to create and manage an Interview Plan:

1. Creating an Interview Plan

Each time a new job is posted, clients can set up a customized interview plan for that job. The plan ensures that the interview process is tailored to the specific needs of the position.

To create an interview plan:

  • Navigate to the job for which you want to create the plan.

  • Click on the "Interview Plan" section.

2. Setting Up Interviews

You can create multiple interviews within the plan, each representing a different step in the hiring process. For each interview, you will need to specify the following details:

  • Interview Name: This is the title or label of the interview, e.g., "Technical Screening" or "HR Interview."

  • Stage: Define the stage of the interview within the hiring pipeline. For instance, the first interview could be labeled "Screening," while the second might be "Technical Round." This helps structure the sequence of interviews.

  • Interviewer: Assign the person responsible for conducting the interview. You can select one or more individuals from your team based on their role in the hiring process (e.g., a recruiter, technical lead, or HR manager).

  • Interview Type: Choose whether the interview will be conducted:

    • Remote: Interviews conducted online through video conferencing tools integrated with the platform.

    • On-Site: In-person interviews at the company's location.

3. Managing the Interview Process

Once the interview plan is set up:

  • You can invite candidates to each stage of the interview process.

  • Schedule the interview by selecting an available time slot that works for both the candidate and the interviewer.

  • Reminders and updates will be automatically sent to both the interviewer and the candidate.

4. Tracking Interview Progress

TechKluster Hire allows you to monitor the progress of each interview. You can:

  • See which interviews have been completed.

  • Track which stage each candidate is currently in.

  • Ensure that the interview process follows the pre-defined plan.

5. Post-Interview Feedback

Once an interview is completed, the interviewer can provide feedback directly within the platform. This feedback is stored under the candidate's profile, enabling decision-makers to have a clear and structured view of candidate performance across each interview stage.

Benefits of the Interview Plan:

  • Structured Interviewing: The plan ensures that interviews are organized in a specific sequence and that each stage is clearly defined.

  • Customization: Clients can tailor the interview stages, interviewers, and format (remote or on-site) to match the requirements of each job.

  • Streamlined Communication: Interview details, schedules, and reminders are communicated within the platform, keeping all stakeholders in sync.

With the Interview Plan in TechKluster Hire, the process of managing job-specific interviews is efficient and well-organized, ensuring candidates are assessed fairly and comprehensively throughout each stage of the hiring process.
